Building Sweeper, a customer feedback analyzer boosting product development

As Design Ops, I successfully built a working application using Claude Code capable of analyzing Zoom customer call recordings and presenting users with unprecedented user insights in record time and in a fully automated fashion.

Handbook

I built an app that turns source material into structured, searchable reference guides with AI. Claude Code was used in describing what I wanted in design terms, iterating on pixel-level details, and solving problems like content deduplication, incremental generation, and tab caching together in real time. The taste and priorities were human, the implementation was collaborative.

Designing a recurring meal service within an existing food delivery platform

A personal design exploration into the components necessary to integrate traditional tiffin services into popular food delivery platforms. By adapting India’s 100+ year-old tiffin model for the North American market, this project envisions a more accessible way to enjoy fresh, nutritious, and home-cooked Indian midday meals throughout the work week.

Assist and AI Insights closing the feedback loop

Our team successfully built a scalable and responsive toolbar within the UI of our products, enabling several thousand MAU's to generate and edit AI-written responses to customers. The project led to $17K in new MRR and preservation of $140K in existing MRR with 0% churn.
